A lifted, complex bouquet of white nectarine, passionfruit, and kaffir lime mingles with subtle layers of elderflower, lemongrass, and crushed herbs.
Tastes
The palate is concentrated yet elegant, with juicy notes of kiwifruit, feijoa, nectarine and citrus zest unfolding over a fine spine of acidity within a chalky texture. Subtle hints of jalapeño and sea spray, add further dimension, while the finish is long, pure, and mouthwatering. This is exceptional Sauvignon.
