Tastes
Succulent and sweetly fruited with loads of character and freshness with citrus zest and blackcurrants. The palate is intense, perfectly balanced by fruit weight and the racy, crips and mineral finish. Another classy release, there are few better Sauvignon Blancs for the money, it’s hard not to buy a case. Serve with fresh snapper and your taste buds will melt. The recommended serving temperature is 6-8 degrees.
