It’s sharp, stylish, and seriously good drinking.
Smells
Mineral and crisp on the nose, with hints of apple, passionfruit, citrus, lemongrass, and tropical fruit.
Tastes
Punchy and vibrant with classic Marlborough swagger — think zesty lime, passionfruit pulp, and a hit of gooseberry. Hints of fresh herbs and jalapeño add lift, while a mineral edge keeps it crisp and clean. Juicy on the palate with a mouthwatering finish that begs another sip. Pure energy in a glass. Perfect with fresh Marlborough seafood, ethically caught of course. The recommended serving temperature is 6-8 degrees.
