China's first craft gin made for discerning & adventurous drinkers. Founded by three Kiwi's who spent three years with a master distiller, testing, perfecting and drinking. They wanted to create a Gin as exotic as Shanghai itself, and achieved this with their unique botanicals. A combination of traditional and contemporary influences, their organic botanicals are foraged from locations such as Sichuan, Yunnan, Xinjiang and Gansu, contributing to a truly unique Chinese Gin. Double distilled and vapour infused in a copper alembic still, each organic ingredient is captured at its purest and freshest form. A time-worthy process, a gold medal winning recipe, eleven botanicals foraged and fused. Peddlers is meticulously crafted in small batches to ensure quality and flavour are never compromised.
Smells
pleasantly earthy with a citrus lift from the Buddha's hand, sprigs of mints and a warming lift from the Sichuan pepper.
Tastes
Sichuan pepper lends a spice hint which is balanced with notes of Buddha's citrus, lotus flower and traditional botanicals for a unique yet perfectly blended Gin.
