Description
Lunatic & Lover started with the vision to distill the finest botanical rum in the world. They created a rich, pure single rum which they then re-distill using a highly unorthodox method of vapour infusion to campture unique botanical flavours and aromatics. These carefully selected botanicals include dandelion root, horopito, mairehau, orange peel, burdock root, nutmeg, bay leaf, cacao nib, orris root, coffee, pimento and green cardamon. There is no added sugar, flavourings or colouring - only pure rum and the essential oils from the botanicals. This process is incredibly labourous and produces one of the finest rums in the world made in extremely small batches with each bottle hand numbered.
