Many Fine Wine Delivery customers will be familiar with Plantation Rum and many will have fond memories for the Pineapple edition… well do we have a treat for you, we’ve just secured limited stocks of the ‘Smoky Formula’. Fresh pineapple rinds are infused in the Plantation 3-star Rum, whilst the fresh fruit is similarly infused in Plantation Dark Rum, both distillates are blended to reach optimum balance and complexity. The ‘Smoky Formula’ takes things one step further by aging the final blend in peated Teeling Whisky casks for 4-6 months. The result is a beautiful silky sweet and slightly smoky rum, great for sipping neat or for supercharging wintery cocktails. Be quick, stock won’t last.
