Aberlour Distillery is famous for its small batch quality. " We believe in substance over style". Along with an age old tradition of sourcing ingredients from the local community and a family whom has crafted their story and made who they are today. Double cask finish in oloroso and American oak for 12 years before finally brought together at the final stages for aa further 2 years to add complexity and depth. Smells like sweet honey and dried currants Tastes like caramel toffee and forest berries finishing with long currant and vanilla.
