This a great entry level Single Malt whisky, lightly peated and aged in Bourbon and Sherry casks for over a decade. It’s bottled and 46% ABV without cold-filtration. Smooth notes of stone fruit, subtle smoke and burnt caramel are present on the pallet. If you’re wondering about the name ‘Aerolite Lyndsay’ is in fact an anagram of the words ‘ten year old Islay’.
