Description
The Isle of Arran is across the Firth of Clyde from Glasgow on a direct line to Campbeltown as the crow flies (and they do fly - this is Scotland after all!) Arran is the only distillery on the Island and only 6,000 bottles of this rare Arran peated malt were ever made, bottled at cask strength to 58.4% ABV.
Smells
strong citrus notes, hints of salt, grilled pineapple, mint with peaty and smoky background nuances.
Tastes
Brimming with peat smoke, pear, lime, tree ripened tropical fruits and raspberry jam on toast, your inner peat freak will thank you!
