Everything is velvety soft and just how a truly great Irish whiskey should be.
Smells
persistent cut grass but the aromatics are sweeter, possible due to the stout cask ageing, more wood spice and chocolate.
Tastes
This beautifully crafted Irish whiskey crackles with spiced apple and floods your senses with the finest coffee, milk chocolate and homemade butterscotch. There are definite hoppy influences with hints of bitterness but balanced by the exuberant fruity and chocolatey notes
