We have been working with Frankie and her amazing southward team for over a couple of years now. Every time I work with Frankie I am always inspired by her innovation and strive for excellence in quality. Southward is well known for their beautiful gins and vodka. Finally, we are getting to try her whisky impressions which has been her dream. White smoke is unique and intriguing. The initial notes of bonfire smoke are reminiscent of a cozy evening by the hearth. These captivating scents are complemented by a subtle sweetness that wafts through, akin to vanilla and honey, softening the overall impression. The finish of Southward White Smoke W.S.K.Y is long-lasting and memorable. The smoky essence lingers, coating your palate with a pleasant warmth. It gradually fades away, leaving behind a delightful aftertaste of charred oak and a subtle touch of vanilla. The finish is smooth, with no harsh or bitter notes, making it an enjoyable sip from start to finish.
