A blend of 70% Pinot Noir with 30% Chardonnay, like all Gardet Champagnes this exciting new vintage release spends far longer than necessary on lees, nearly 4 years in this case. A creamy, biscuity and generous style of Champagne with beautiful refinement, it shows distinct notes of nougat, cream and berries, with a delicate red apple and almond finish. Highly complex but hugely delicious and refreshing, this will be at its best between now and 2022, and even better with oysters natural!
