Smells
gorgeous aromas of raspberries, cranberries, a bouquet of blossoms, with a sprinkling of sherbet and complexing notes of forest floor, and sandalwood. Simply stunning
Tastes
This is a very stylish and classy NZ sparkling rose that extols the virtues of the high-quality fruit and very talented winemaking team. Delicate onion-skin colour restrained palate with a fine, zesty acidity, weaving the palate together seamlessly. Flavours of red fruits with an earthy, cinnamon vein give an alluring interest, keeping you captivated and reaching for another glass. The perfect aperitif with cured meats and canapes. The recommended serving temperature is 6-8 degrees.
