Crafted by biodynamic pioneer Rudi Bauer, this exceptional 2019 vintage is both meticulously handcrafted—handpicked, hand-riddled, and hand-disgorged—and made with a minimalist approach, embracing wild fermentation and minimal intervention. Aged for an extraordinary 60 months on lees (far exceeding the 18-month norm for many big-brand Champagnes), it delivers remarkable depth and complexity. With only 4,000 bottles produced, this rare gem won’t be on our shelves for long—secure yours before it's gone!
Smells
Freshly baked brioche, orange blossom, lemon peel with nutty nuances for added complexity.
Tastes
Fine and delicate, yet creamy with great power and impressive length. This finely beaded wine is full of texture, brioche notes, citrus like acidity. There are many Champagnes more than twice the price that aren't as good. Enjoy on release to celebrate a milestone, or age for 5+ years. Serve with oysters, fresh seafood or a cheese selection. The recommended serving temperature is 6-8 degrees.
