Description
This single vineyard Noble Riesling was sourced from the low vigor Fletcher Vineyard. A site that was encouraged to develop noble-rot, or Botrytis early in the season. With a close eye and meticulous vineyard management optimal botrytis fruit was harvested late in the season.
Smells
Ripe mango, nectarine, apricot and medley of dried fruits.
Tastes
Moreish and sweet with opulent characters of marmalade, sweet spice, honey comb and balanced by refreshing acidity. The perfect after-dinner tipple, to be enjoyed on its own or with pungent cheese.
