You could simply smell the nose all night long, intoxicating. Scoring 92 with Wine Enthusiast confirms all our suspicions, this is a great value, excellent wine from Bordeaux that you will simply adore.
Smells
the perfume that fills the glass is captivating, warm blackcurrants, cedar, fresh tobacco leaves with cigarbox and spice.
Tastes
the palate offers wonderful flavours of graphite, pencil shavings with abundant fruit, mulberries, blackberries and a creme de cassis note. Even though its from the Right Bank and ususally Merlot dominate it tastes Cab like, but in the best possible way. The chalky linear tannins, cling, giving excitment and thrill, combined with the salivating acid thread. Nothing short of exhillirating
