Smells
ripe, perfumed aromas of red and black plums, blackcurrants, and baked red earth layered with an array of warmed baking spice.
Tastes
the palate is rich, ripe, warm and where the plush fruit strikes an instant chord with your tastebuds. The gravelly tannins coat the insides of your cheeks, giving an unctuous, moreish quality that is incredibly inviting and engaging, in fact irresistible. Drinking perfectly now and over the next year or two.
