Smells
The aromatics are highly perfumed with complex dark berry, spice, and dried herbs.
Tastes
Excellent intensity of dark fruits within silky tannins and lush texture. The fruit/oak balance is perfect and the lengthy, seamless transition from go to whoa is subtly powerful and utterly elegant. Organic, no filtration or fining... a naturally made Pinot Noir with the structure and depth to age gracefully for 10+ years, but hard to wait any length of time given how delicious it is already. Serve with pasta, game or even pork. The recommended serving temperature is 13-15 degrees.
