Description
This is a project between Corey Ryan and Simon Cowham who are the Sons of Eden, but this is their own side venture. An expression of their awakening of Mother Nature, the importance of sustainability, vegan-friendly and the use of recycled packaging. A path we all need to follow:
Smells
the lifted perfumed bouquet is instantly captivating, blackberry, black plums, and milk chocolate with a hint of after-dinner mints, underpinned by olives, spice and toasty oak.
Tastes
plush, generous yet stylish and sophisticated on the tongue. There is a symmetry of fruit, tannins and acid and the length is long and seamless. This simply slips down. Too easy to drink now but will cellar for 8-10 years+. Serve with your favourite roasted meats.
