Smells
Exotic lychee, Turkish delight, white pepper, and candied ginger.
Tastes
Lush and very hedonistic in an off-dry style, this will be a great food match with Chinese food, particularly Szechuan style. Gewurztraminer is all about that wonderful, firm, piquant finish, and low acidity. The finish gives balance to the luscious forward fruit, as evident in this wine, perfectly achieved by Tim and his team. Drink now and over the next 1-2 years.
