Description
For years this has been a benchmark style in what is one of the hardest white wine grapes to do consistently well. Winemaking team focus on an off-dry style of wine in the ‘Alsace’ style, bringing some oak fermentation into the mix for texture and complexity.
Smells
A veritable spice bazaar of perfumes, including the classic lychee and Turkish delight, as well as honeysuckle, musk, ginger, and rose petal. You could smell for hours.
Tastes
Unctuous, and oily across the palate, it has a honeyed note that will have your lips smacking, a zippy, mineral finish bringing you straight back for another sip. Drink now and enjoy with all Asian cuisine. The recommended serving temperature is 7-10 degrees.
