With Luc in the winery and Ben in the vines, this 2023 Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc shows all the classic Marlborough aromatics, but with boatloads more tension, texture, and complexity. A class act, it will sing with fresh sashimi and soy.
Smells
An array of tropical and citrus notes, with a hint of minerality, freshly cut herbs, lemon peel and grapefruit.
Tastes
Lots of body and richness here, with stunning purity of fruit driving a long, focused finish. Benchmark Sauvignon from the brothers Southern Valleys vineyard, this will be at its best now to 2026.
