Auckland Courier Delays

Due to major staffing shortages as a result of Covid, NZ Couriers are having to restrict Auckland freight for the foreseeable future. Your order may take a couple of days for it to be dispatched. Out of Auckland deliveries will still be collected and dispatched as usual.

Auckland Customers: Please note there will be a 2-3 days delay on your order being dispatched from our warehouse as a result. Note delivery delays in the network of 3-4 days once dispatched also. We encourage you to use our click and collect services at Constellation Drive and Lunn Ave if your order is urgent. Simply select your store at the check out and your order will be ready for collection the same day.

RED LIGHT Settings

Lunn Ave Store: CLICK AND COLLECT ONLY
During the Red Light setting we have opted to close the Lunn Ave retail store and offer Click and Collect only. This is due to our warehouse being at the same location and needing to operate separate bubbles to ensure business continuity in the event of any Omicron exposure.

Tuesday to Friday 10-6.30pm
Saturday 9-5.30pm
(Store closed briefly from 1.30pm-2pm for shift changeover and clean down procedures.)
(Closed Sunday, Monday and Public Holidays)


Constellation Store OPEN
Constellation remains open for both retail and Click and Collect with strict protocols on mask wearing, scanning in, and distancing. Please be patient with our team as they work with reduced staff numbers to cater for two separate shifts.

What we are doing to protect our customers and team safe
We are operating under very strict protocols to ensure the safety of our team, customers and to protect business continuity.

  • All of our office team are working from home
  • Our teams in both locations are split into separate bubbles
  • Mask wearing, distancing, and sanitising (in all areas of business)
  • We have strict cleaning protocols at the beginning, during, and end of shifts including wiping down all trolleys, benches, computers, and surfaces.
  • We have further increased our cleaners schedule for cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms
  • We are not hosting any events or tastings
  • All supplier meetings are being held online – no in-person meetings.
  • All customers and staff are required to scan in when visiting our sites
  • All deliveries are contactless into our warehouse/stores
  • All courier deliveries are contactless


We will continue to review and adapt any further processes that support protecting our team and customers. We appreciate your support and understanding as we ensure our family business can continue to deliver our best service and products to you over this time.
