Description
Awildian's Coromandel Dry Gin is made from a premium sugarcane alcohol base. The unmatched purity of this base allows the fruity aromas from botanicals such as Pomegranate and Blueberry to perfectly blend with the more spicy botanicals as well as the citrus notes. One third of the twenty carefully selected botanicals are either grown in their very own distiller’s garden or wild foraged. Distilled in micro-batches in their custom-made 150L still, each batch is carefully bottled into no more than 133 individually numbered bottles.
For the Awildian Blue, the special butterfly pea flower is carefully macerated in the dry gin after distillation to lend its brilliant colour. As if this gift from nature was not already mind-blowing enough the colour change that takes place when a mixer is added (such as tonic water) makes this gin an unforgettable joy for the senses. Nature has thought of everything and always has a surprise up its sleeve.
