Description
New release with current twice-awarded Gin Distillery of the Year! The fourth in the Distiller Series, where Four Pillars teams up with another distillery from another part of the world to create a unique Gin together. This is a colaboration with Stranger & Sons, a craft distillery based in Goa, India, whose Indian Spirited Gin won gold at the 2020 IWSC. They traded spices and zoom calls and came up with this modern Indian take on a modern Australian Gin. It's spicy, full of flavour, and perfectly paired with an Indian curry. Only one pallet is on it's way to NZ, so this is extremely limited quanitties, get in quick to avoid disappointment!
Smells
Undeniable juniper, lime, chili, cardamon, tumeric
Palate: Huge flavour, macadamia and cashews with cassia, warming sapices, pepper, fresh red chilli, lemon, anise and cardamon.
Pair with Fever Tree Indian tonic water, with a pinch of sea salt and garnish with a lime wedge
