Natural colouring from the exotic Thai 'Butterfly Pea' flower, imbues this stunning new addition to our popular Gin 133 range. Only 133 bottles per batch and only the best, middle 'heart' of the distillation process is used with both the inferior head and tails distillates never used. This is artisanal Gin on another level of alchemical fun and botanical beauty that will be your new, Kiwi Gin sensation. It is equally fabulous with soda water, with which it remains a beautiful, ice blue colour, which looks even more amazing with just a small sprig of rosemary or lavender to garnish! Puhoi Organic Distillery produce Zero Emission and Solar-Distilled products only!

with soft, delicately sweet, fresh floral, fruity nuances.

It also provides the alchemy, when premium tonic water is added, the sea blue colour transforms into a dazzling, vivid lilac, that looks amazing and tastes even better Style: Fresh & Floral Best Paired with: East Imperial Old World Tonic Water or Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water

I came in to buy a generic bottle of Gin and at the till I was advised to try this as a sample. It was delicious. I have had the similarly style Scapegrace Gin but this is much more delicious. The colour change is so beautiful also.
