Deserved winner of the coveted 'Master Award' at the 2019 Spirits Business-Gin Masters in London. To craft this refined, small batch, artisanal Irish Gin, the original 'Wild Gin' recipe was completely rebalanced and redistilled with extra fruit, flowers, spices and fresh rose petals. Three varieties were slowly and gently vapour distilled to release their beautiful essential oils; the rare and elusive wild rose from the beautiful Wicklow mountains, large fragrant Heritage Roses and the ancient, prized, Damask Rose. The 3 different organic roses permeate every atom of this gorgeous pink Gin extraordinaire.
