Hastings Distillers is New Zealand’s first producer of certified organic artisan spirits. A background in winemaking meant there was years spent perfecting the art of fermentation and blending lended perfectly to a passion for spirits and Hastings Distillers was born. Distiller David spent extensive time travelling learning from some of the best in France, Germany, UK and North America whereas partner Kate embarked on a 3 year project growing, foraging and distillering resulting in the creation of an olfactory library of over 300 botanicals. Their Gins are extremely sophisticated, modern and classic with incredible care put into the production. They chose only to use organic and biodynamic ingredients which is evident in the flavour.

This is a complex and perfumed Gin containing 38 botanicals. Batch distilled, with notes of lime leaf, white currant, cedar, mango and floral hints. Exotic spice brings warmth and persistence to the palate.
