Description
Transforming from indigo blue to vibrant pink, once premium tonic water is added (we recommend either Fever Tree Indian or East Imperial Burma) it is also a delight when mixed with soda water and garnished with a sprig of lavender. It remains a delicate, ice blue when only soda water is used and I encourage everyone to try this ultra low sugar, low PH option that really lets the Gin sing without expanding our waistlines. This is a spectacular Gin with which to surprise friends and family, who will love the alchemy, but also the soft, sweet floral, fruit flavours that are 100% natural!
Smells
lifted fresh, resinous, spicy and citrus aromas with hints of elderflower, cinnamon, cardamom, angelica root and liquorice root, all some of the infused botanicals used.
Tastes
Flavours of cardamom, pepper with liquorice, fresh herbs, softened and rounded by orange zest giving a sweetness but finishing refreshingly dry.
