The signature velvety soft, luscious mouth feel of the incredible Scottish Original is retained but the impressive array of 10 meticulously selected botanicals and Indian spices is breath taking. Cardamom, coriander, anise, juniper, fennel, angelica, lemon, lime and cloves are prominent but there is also luscious undertones of cinnamon. The custom designed bain-marie heating system for their copper stills slowly coaxes out the subtle, complex flavours by slowly simmering all of the ingredients that date back to a handwritten recipe from Mount Mary in Bombay that was sent back to Scotland. The exotic days of the British Raj encapsulated in one very pretty, perfumed bottle of heavenly Gin.
