Description
A very limited release from the amazing Strange Nature distillery. The success from there stunning sauvignon blanc gin has inspired them to move forward with a barrel aged style. This is a unique Gin in that the base alcohol is made from Sauvignon Blanc juice - the alcohol is removed from Sauvignon Blanc wine leaving the aroma and flavor creating a fresh, vibrant white spirit grown from grapes. They then double distil the juice with juniper to create this unique and flavoursome gin, whilst bringing all the flavours of Sauvignon Blanc. Tropical, zesty and herbaceous with passionfruit and gooseberry notes. The Barrell age offers another level of complexity that is beautifully balanced.
