Classic Cardrona Source accentuated with warm winter spices from 8 months resting in an ex-bourbon barrel. Light straw in colour, think champagne with a secret, the initial contact on the nose is Cardrona's signature citrus forward Source, matured with sweet biscuit and light winter spices.
The flavour profile draws one in with a weighted sweetness, reminiscent of wildfolower honey, before a crescendo of lemon drops and bourbon attributed clove, vanilla and nutmeg notes. Juniper finishes the symphony lingering delightfully on the palate, accompanied by black pepper
