Victor Gin is made by West Auckland (Whisky) Distillers, Thomson Whisky. This seasonal release is made with 5 fresh botanicals (Juniper, Lemon, Lemon Grass, Cardamom and Coriander), proofed (brought down) to 42% with fresh, local chardonnay grape juice. Delicious on its own, our Blanc de Blancs is a naturally sweetened gin that is reminiscent of a natural wine or sloe gin, but much stronger.
