Pere Francois VS Calvados is a product of distilled cider aged in Limousin oak. Its ingredients come from the finest districts, the Pays d'Auge. This VS product shows expert distillation and blending with extra ageing.
Smells
classic aromas of ripe red apples with hints of bruised apple notes, typical of the region.
Tastes
apples strongly feature on the palate finishing with sweet oaky notes which perhaps linger for a little too long at the sake of the fruit.
