Description
There are very few Rosés in New Zealand that capture the attention of critics like Terra Sancta's. They take their Rosé making incredibly seriously, setting themselves a goal of producing the very best New Zealand has to offer. Calling themselves a "grand cru NZ Rosé producer", they certainly have raised the bar of what top quality wine is all about. Michael Cooper has even earmarked this wine to be the first ever Rosé to reach his highly sought after 'classic' status - a title awarded to wines that are consistently the best on the market each vintage.
Smells
An incredible array or watermelon, strawberry, roses, shortbread biscuit and caramel. It's truly beguiling and gets you incredibly excited for what's in the glass!
Tastes
Delectably dry, the aroma carries through to the palate making for an extremely delicious Rosé. Terra Sancta and Michael Cooper may be spot on when calling this the best New Zealand Rosé out there - it's absolutely divine! Enjoy whilst you can your hands on it, the 2023 is surely going to sell out before the summer is out. Perfect with cheese or smoked salmon.
