Ripe golden peaches and mandarin with lime zest and honeysuckle… the aromas classic Albariño and very enticing!
Tastes
Rich layers of peach and nectarine fruit balanced by a thread of zesty mandarin and lime with subtle honeysuckle. Fine acidity and fresh minerality sustain the palate through to a lengthy, persisting, salivating finish. Delicious by itself, or pair with fresh seafood and roast poultry… it will cellar age nicely through 2028 if you prefer. Recommended serving temperature 7c - 11c.
