Smells
classic notes of canned apricots, white peach, orange blossom, orange zest and hints of grapefruit zest with subtle spice
Tastes
Silky with a mouth-filling palate of apricot, honeysuckle, and subtle fennel on the finish. Viognier naturally has low acidity, but the unctuous fruit is balanced by the G&T-like finish. If you have never had one, this is a must-try, one sip and you will be hooked. Enjoy with food now or 3-5 years from vintage with cheese or seafood dishes.
