Palmer Brut Champagne came across the Fine Wine Delivery tasting table a couple of years ago, and instantly stood out, both for its stunning quality and value for money. And now they are back with this epic Blanc de Blancs. This Blanc de Blancs cuvée of incomparable purity is based on 100% Chardonnay, mainly from the magnificent vineyards of Trépail and Villers-Marmery. These Premiers Crus from the Montagne de Reims area, recognised for their elegance and freshness, are blended in a perfect harmony with delicately fruity Chardonnay from the Côte de Sézanne.
Smells
This crystalline champagne exudes subtle aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers, and almonds.
Tastes
Fresh and silky on the palate, it unrolls with finesse leading to beautiful mineral notes that are typical of these chalky soils. Superb drinking now, and will make the perfect Christmas Champagne.
