Tastes
Luscious, fruit-forward and very detailed even in its youth, a little oak influence and lees weight fleshing out the palate, finishing spicy and fresh. Superb Pinot Gris that continues the Lismore Pinot Gris tradition of excellence. A wine that’s drinking well now and will cellar 6-8 years+ in a temperature-controlled cellar. Serve with succulent seafood, pasta or white meats.
