Fizz Palace, naturally soured and fermented to create a beer that's low in alcohol but positively fizzing over with crushed passionfruit, gooseberry and feijoa and fresh citrus acidity. A unique blend of New Zealand grown malts, white wheat, Nelson Sauvin hops and phantasm thiol powder delivers all the flavour and refreshment you could want - without the heavy alcohol.
What is Thiol powder you ask? Jos Ruffell of Phantasm NZ (and Garage Project fame) tells us “Phantasm is an extraction made from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes. They are incredibly rich in Thiol precursors, which when added correctly to a fermenting beer can unlock into strong tropical fruit aromas.”
