And we have the solution, Chevalier Monopole Blanc de Blanc, a Methode Traditionnelle made from white grapes, giving a generously fruited palate, creamy mouthfeel and moderately soft acidity levels. This sparkling wine is bottle fermented using the same techniques as used in Champagne and aged for 12 months on the lees, adding complexity and richness.
Smells
Creamy, vanilla and brioche notes fill the glass, underpinned by white peach and red apples with spice nuances.
