Description
La Gioiosa delivers panache and sophistication inside and out for a very attractive price! A drier style made in the Charmat method, where the secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This creates a delicious freshness to an otherwise complex and generously flavoured Prosecco that remains light footed on the palate and easy drinking any time of day with its lower 11% alcohol.
Smells
Crisp pear, granny smith apple and lemon with a hint of clover honey.
Tastes
Fresh and lemony, with plenty of green apple and pear... the light bubbles and refreshing 11% alcohol create a gently mouthwatering finish. Fabulous summer drinking with great company and an antipasto platter... also a very stylish wedding bubbles.
