The 2021 Mission Reserve Cabernet Merlot is a strikingly assemblage of Cabernet and Merlot producing a wine of astonishing quality. Smells
Beautifully perfumed with cassis, plum, dried rose petals, cedar and a suggestion of olive and soy sauce.
Tastes
Plenty of concentration and savoury interest aligned with sweet red and black berry fruits. A bed of fine tannins and juicy, plummy acidity carry the long, detailed finish. Enjoy now (with a long decant) or cellar through to 2030. Drink with herb crusted lamb lion or your favourite cuts of beef.
