Plush fruit with cassis, plum, coffee, and tobacco leaf and a delightful array of red and dark berries, including crunchy cranberries… it finishes with an elegant Bordeaux like coolness. Drinking superbly at 5-years of age, it will peak around 2027 and hold through 2029.

Brooding aromas of mocha, ripe blackcurrants, graphite, cedar, cinnamon, roast spice toast and vanilla notes.

The palate is plush with classical Right Bank Bordeaux flavours of cassis, plum, coffee, dried tobacco leaf, plus a delightful array of red and dark berries, including crunchy cranberries. Fine texture and tannin, it has excellent depth with a cool elegance on the finish. Classic New & Old-World traits and savoury complexity emerging with age.
