Beautifully refined aromas of cigar box, mint, blackcurrant leaf, deep plum, and berry.
Tastes
Juicy, refined and very harmonious in its youth, it’s crafted to be enjoyed young, but with its depth and layers of berry, currant, plum, dried herbs, spices, and a subtle background of charry oak it will evolve additional complexity through 2025+. Enjoy with aged Cheddar, red meats, and savoury vegetable dishes.
