Smells
lovely dried rose petal colour, perfumed, fruity aromas of strawberry confit, wild redcurrants, cranberries, watermelon, and hints of fennel.
Tastes
a juicy and fruity style of rose abundant with summer, red fruit flavours, round upfront fruit, moderate acid with a long length, makes for a classic NZ rose style. Perfect this summer with crayfish and other ethically caught seafood.
