Organic since 2006, producing exciting skins ferment (white grapes fermented with the skins) wines as well as the fact that all their wines are exciting, means a producer to look out for. This Pinot Blanc has been fermented in a convex shaped concrete egg, resulting in a very textural wine.


Alluring aromas of tree ripened heirloom apples which are about to fall on the ground, guavas, pears and cinnamon and other brown spices.


This wine is all about texture, created by low cropping vines, perfectly ripened grapes combined with fermentation in a concrete egg. Ripe apples with hints of cider match perfectly the rich, ripe, full and long palate structure. Acid is moderate but the long, intense finish makes this wine incredibly drinkable. Perfect with all white meats, especially pork. Drink now as it is so delicious.
