Immaculate vineyard management and low cropping ensures Kumeu River Estate always has impeccable varietal character, depth, richness and balance. It’s the combination of fruit, rich texture, lithe acidity and mineral freshness that makes it such delicious, complex, full bodied and satisfying Pinot Gris.
Smells
Subtle white flowers precede white peach, nectarine, fresh pear and baking spices.
Tastes
Delicious parade of rich stone fruits and pear infused with baking spices in an Alsace viscous like texture buoyed by gently tangy citrus and fresh mineral notes. Great with food (white meats, poultry, shellfish) but also delicious by itself. Enjoy through 2027.
