This is their most ‘classic’ Riesling, especially when compared to their sweeter Josephine and Dry Riesling editions, you could say this is the best of both worlds. The Bannockburn 2023 Riesling is medium dry bursting with tropical fruit, honeycomb and aggressive acidity which is absolutely necessary to keep everything in check. This is a beautifully refreshing aperitif in its youth but can also age beyond 10 years… expect fusil notes and sweetened fruit to develop,
