Smells
very pure aromas, reminiscent of Rieslings from the Mosel, lemon, red apples, and a floral perfume.
Tastes
The balance is striking, finely balanced with excellent concentration, texture and delicacy with zesty acid that sings. The finish is long and engaging. One sip and you will not be able to resist another and another. Drinking well now through 2028, serve with fresh seafood or summer salads.
